|

Brief Description
|
To plan a large scale mixed-use development along Qin Huai River located south of Nanjing. 80 percent of the development is residential, including high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, garden apartments, townhouses and single family houses. Commercial development consists of hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and daycare centers. Recreational facilities, playgrounds, parks, and river green belt is provided throughout the project. The total planned building area is 158,000 sq. M.

| Chi Nan University Master Plan

Brief Description
|
Planning for a brand new university at the mountain range in the eastern middle Taiwan. The program called for 4 major activities zones. It includes administration, learning (colleges and departments), living (housing and P.E. facilities) and services. The planned maximum capacity is 12,000 for undergraduate and 3,000 for graduate school.

|
To plan and design a 6,000-student college consisting of 10 departments, administrative building, library, auditorium, student dormitory, faculty housing, gymnasium and related physical education facilities.

| The China Garden Restaurant
|
|
|
Brief Description
|
10,626 sq. ft. Chinese restaurant within a shopping center. It consists of main dining, private dining rooms, banquet hall, and a bar. The exterior design calls for traditional place style with a Chinese garden in front. A drive through window and a pick-up lobby are also included.
